Managed services

A platform followed, protected and capable of evolving.

GXN brings together hosting, maintenance, security, monitoring and technical support in a continuous relationship adapted to your environment.

01

Continuity should not depend on an emergency.

A platform can work today while accumulating risks: delayed updates, never restored backups, forgotten accounts, broken measurement or hosting that no one is monitoring.

Ongoing management makes these responsibilities visible. It allows you to correct small problems before they block operations and to plan improvements instead of working only in reaction.

02

Three levels to adapt to the platform.

These levels describe a possible scope, not universal packages. Tools, frequency, exclusions and price should be confirmed after the environmental assessment.

Management level

Essential

Maintain an existing healthy platform.

  • Scheduled Updates
  • Automated backups
  • Monitoring availability
  • Basic support
  • Documentation of essential access
Management level

Business

Add regular monitoring of performance, security and measurement.

  • The whole essential base
  • Performance monitoring
  • Security review
  • Monthly improvements defined
  • Analytical follow-up and findings
  • Development priorities
Management level

Priority

Provide management with closer external technical support.

  • Infrastructure supervision
  • Support in decisions
  • Platform-adapted monitoring
  • provider coordination
  • Planned development capacity
  • Continuing roadmap
03

What can be tracked.

Infrastructure

Continuity

Availability, certificates, domain, DNS, capacity, deployments and observable incidents.

Protection

Security

Updates, access, firewall, detection, backups and recovery verification.

Quality

Performance

Response time, errors, critical functions, priority forms and friction points.

Decisions

Developments

Requests, priorities, dependencies, technical debt and improvement roadmap.

04

To whom this relationship suits.

Good candidate

The platform matters to the business.

  • The site influences sales, operations, recruiting or credibility.
  • There is no complete internal web team.
  • Management wants an identifiable technical manager.
  • Access, documentation or monitoring must be improved.
Less good candidate

The need is only occasional or based on price.

  • The platform does not require any continuous monitoring.
  • An internal team already covers all responsibilities.
  • The real need is unlimited development at a fixed cost.
  • The priority is only to get the lowest monthly price.
05

What a management agreement must specify.

The scope should name the platforms covered, actions included, exclusions, customer responsibilities, external vendors, and how development requests are evaluated.

Continuous management reduces risk without promising perfect availability, absolute security, or unlimited development. The applicable commitments are those contained in the confirmed proposal and agreement.

A fragile environment must sometimes be stabilized or documented before it can be taken into continuous management.

Assess the current environment

Let's define what needs to be monitored, maintained and documented.

The initial assessment helps distinguish recurring management from fixes needed before support.
