Recognition
Do you recognize yourself?
You don't have a web team in-house, and there's no justification for it.
Each provider passes the buck: “it’s not us, it’s the host”.
Technical decisions are made without anyone to challenge them.
It's all about one person, and you're worried.
Projects die for lack of someone to move them forward.
What it costs your business
Without a dedicated technical interlocutor, each digital issue becomes a research project: finding who to call, understanding answers, arbitrating contradictions. The files are dragging, the providers are not challenged, and the structuring decisions are made by default. A company of 10 to 150 employees does not need a complete IT department, it needs someone who answers, understands its context, and thinks further than the next ticket.
Delivery
THE GXN INTERVENTION
We become your technical reference: a senior point of contact who understands your environment. We prepare decisions for management, coordinate with your providers, keep the roadmap on track, and document everything so nothing rests on one person's shoulders, including ours.
Decision benchmark
WHAT AN EXTERNAL TECHNICAL PARTNER DOES, CONCRETELY
Day to day: answer technical questions in plain business language · assess provider proposals · resolve “it is their issue, not ours” disputes · monitor platform health. Each month: move the roadmap forward · prepare decisions for leadership · document changes. Each year: review strategy, contracts and risks before they become urgent.
Decision benchmark
YOU DON'T NEED A FULL-TI EMPLOYEE
| Option | What it gives | The honest limit |
|---|---|---|
| Full-time IT employee | Daily presence | High cost, difficult to recruit, often oversized for the need |
| Outsourcing agency | Project execution | Your file competes with all the others; the strategy remains yours |
| Nothing (status quo) | Zero apparent cost | Each incident costs the price of improvisation |
| External technical partner | Senior judgment, continuity, coordination | Not a daily physical presence, and that's correct. |
Decision benchmark
CONTINUITY AND TRANSPARENCY
Everything we do is documented: access, configurations, decisions, history. If you internalize, change partners or sell the company tomorrow, the technical file follows. A partner that makes you easy to leave is a partner you won't want to leave.
Scope
WHAT’S INCLUDED

Process
HOW IT HAPPENS
- 01Evaluation : your environment, your providers, your irritants.
- 02Status : inventory and initial documentation.
- 03Roadmap : the priorities for the next twelve months.
- 04Rhythm : a support framework tailored to you.
- 05Continuity : the file is progressing, month after month, with clear reports.
Qualification
GOOD CANDIDATE / LESS GOOD CANDIDATE
For you if: digital matters but does not justify an internal position · you want a stable contact who learns your business · management wants to decide better, not delegate blindly. Not for you if: You are looking for unlimited package development (it doesn't exist seriously) · the need is a unique and closed project · a solid internal team already covers the role.
The scope and modalities are specified after the evaluation, before any commitment.
Frequently asked questions
FAQs
01Is this a monthly plan?
It is a recurring framework, yes, sized to your reality. No unlimited development, clear responsibilities and a sustainable pace.
02Does GXN replace all our current providers?
No, we coordinate and challenge them. If one needs replacing, we'll help you do it properly, but it's never the starting point.
03Can we stop when we want?
The terms and conditions are clear from the start, and the documentation follows you. You stay because it serves you, that's the only retention that interests us.
04Does this include development?
Support may include defined capacity development. Large-scale projects remain projects, framed and costed separately.
Describe your environment in a few lines, providers, platform, irritants. We will tell you what support would look like, without obligation.
