After: requests are classified and routed automatically, with a draft response prepared for common cases, validated by a human before sending. Document processing. Before: open each document, locate the information, re-enter it. After: the information is automatically extracted and presented for validation, with doubtful cases reported. Input between systems. Before: the same data is entered two or three times, with the errors that entails. After: the transfer is automated and verified, with an alert when a value is out of the ordinary.

Any AI automation has a margin of error. The question is not "can we automate everything?" but "where is the error acceptable, and where must it be blocked by a human?". Our rule: mandatory human validation wherever an error affects a client, engages the company, or changes a financial data. Complete automation where the error is minor, detectable and correctable.
