Recognition
Does this sound familiar?
Prospective customers search for you before they contact you. What do they see?
The website looks like it is from 2015. Your business has moved on.
You hesitate to include the website in your proposals.
Candidates judge the company by its website and decide not to apply.
Smaller competitors look more established than you online.
Updating a page has become a chore everyone avoids.
What it costs your business
Your website is often the first point of contact, before a call, meeting or proposal. An outdated site creates quiet doubts: Is this company active, current and credible? You never see those doubts directly. You see fewer calls, fewer applications and weaker negotiating leverage. A business that has grown deserves a website that shows it.
Delivery
THE GXN INTERVENTION
GXN redesigns the website from the ground up: structure, content, design, mobile experience, speed and measurement. We start with your business goals, not a template. We also protect what already works, including your search visibility, high-performing content and URLs known to Google.

FULL REDESIGN OR TARGETED MODERNIZATION?
A full redesign is not always the right answer. Use this framework to make an honest decision:
| Your situation | The recommended route |
|---|---|
| The structure is sound, but the visual design and a few pages have aged | Targeted modernization |
| The website is sound, but slow and frustrating on mobile | Targeted modernization |
| The structure no longer reflects your current services | Redesign |
| The platform prevents the business from moving forward | Full redesign (and sometimes a migration) |
| You are launching a new position, brand or merged organization | Redesign |
If either of the first two situations describes your website, read our Targeted modernization page instead. You may not need to pay for a full redesign.

A REDESIGN SHOULD NEVER DESTROY YOUR SEO
It is one of the most common and preventable redesign failures. Our SEO preservation method:
- 01URL inventory : every existing URL is documented before the new structure is designed.
- 02High-performing content review : content that attracts search traffic is identified and preserved or improved, never deleted blindly.
- 03301 redirect plan : every old URL points to the correct new page.
- 04Launch verification : metadata, site structure, sitemap and Google Search Console are checked.
- 05Post-launch monitoring : we monitor search visibility during the critical first weeks and address issues quickly.

WHAT A REDESIGN MUST IMPROVE BEYOND APPEARANCE
A beautiful website that does not convert is an expense. A GXN redesign addresses five essentials: structure (so visitors can find what they need), mobile experience (often half your traffic or more), speed (because slow pages lose visitors), conversion (so every page leads somewhere), and autonomy (so your team can update content without calling a developer).

Qualification
WHEN THIS SERVICE IS A GOOD FIT
Redesign is for you if: the business has moved on and the site has fallen behind · the site plays a role in your sales, credibility or recruiting · you want a lasting result, not a cosmetic refresh.
It is not for you if: two or three specific irritants are enough to resolve the problem (see Modernization) · the target budget is below the threshold for serious work · the site has no real business role.
The scope and engagement terms are confirmed after the evaluation and before any commitment.
Frequently asked questions
FAQs
01How long does a redesign take?
Usually a few weeks to a few months depending on the scope. The current site remains online until the switchover.
02Will a website redesign hurt our Google rankings?
Not when a proper preservation plan is in place. SEO is a dedicated part of our redesign method, not a checkbox at the end.
03Can we keep our content?
What is good is retained and often strengthened. What harms is reworked. Nothing is deleted without documented reason.
04Should the redesigned website use WordPress or another platform?
It depends on your actual needs. WordPress is an excellent fit for many businesses. When it becomes a constraint, we explain why and present the alternatives.
05Will the site remain online during the work?
Yes. Development takes place in parallel and the launch is controlled.
