Recognition
Do you recognize yourself?
Lots of visitors, few requests.
Your service pages are accessed, then nothing.
The form is started, rarely finished.
On the mobile, the numbers are frankly bad.
What it costs your business
Every conversion percentage point lost pays for itself twice: in missed requests, and in the advertising budget needed to compensate for them. The difference between 1% and 2% conversion is double the number of customers for exactly the same traffic, and the same acquisition cost divided by two.
Delivery
THE GXN INTERVENTION
We track where visitors drop off, form hypotheses, make changes, and then test. No opinions, no gut-feel redesigns: a disciplined improvement loop on the pages that matter.
Decision benchmark
DOUBLE REQUESTS WITHOUT DOUBLE TRAFFIC
The arithmetic is straightforward: 2,000 monthly visitors at a 1% conversion rate produce 20 inquiries. At 2%, the same traffic produces 40. Matching that gain through advertising alone could require twice the media spend. Conversion optimization does not replace acquisition, but it is often the least expensive underused lever. Results vary by website and no one can promise a twofold increase, but a site that has never been optimized almost always leaves opportunities unused.
Decision benchmark
MEASURE → HYPOTHESIS → MODIFY → VERIFY
- 01Measure : where visitors enter, where they end up, on which devices.
- 02Hypothesis : why they drop out, formulated in a verifiable way.
- 03Edit : one targeted change, not ten at once.
- 04Check : the figures confirm or refute. We keep, or we retreat.
It's slow, it's methodical, and it's the only approach that produces gains that stick.
Scope
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Path and drop-off analysis · review of priority pages · form optimization · mobile enhancement · speed where it hurts conversion · testing when volume allows · before/after reporting.
Process
HOW IT HAPPENS
- 01Evaluation : your current figures, if the measurement is reliable (otherwise, we start there).
- 02Assessment : analysis of stall points.
- 03Recommendations : fixes, classified by potential gain.
- 04Execution : targeted changes, one at a time.
- 05Verification : documented before/after measurement.
- 06Ongoing support : the loop continues on the following pages.
Qualification
GOOD CANDIDATE / LESS GOOD CANDIDATE
For you if: you have steady traffic · your measurement is reliable or can become reliable · you accept a measured, iterative approach. Not for you if: your traffic is too low to draw conclusions · you want a complete overhaul (this is another service) · you are looking for a percentage guarantee.
The scope and modalities are specified after the evaluation, before any commitment.
Frequently asked questions
FAQs
01Do you need a lot of traffic to optimize?
For statistical tests, yes. For obvious corrections, form too long, call to invisible action, mobile broken, no: these gains are accessible to all.
02Do you do A/B testing?
When the volume justifies it. Below a certain threshold, a test proves nothing and costs time; We'll tell you frankly.
03What is a realistic conversion improvement?
It depends entirely on your starting point. A site that has never been optimized has a lot of room; a site already worked on, much less. No numerical promises before seeing your data.
Give us your traffic and request numbers. You will be told where the points left on the table are.
